Карамельный колер — это пищевая добавка-краситель, по своему качеству и структуре она соответствует положениям европейских норм «Красители» №.94-36. Современные исследования наглядно показывают, что E150A в точности повторяет химические характеристики натуральной карамели. Е150а также известен как жженая карамель. Этот краситель получают в результате нагревания простых углеводов без добавления дополнительных ингредиентов. Колер обладает высокой микробиологической стабильностью, нагревание делает его устойчивым к развитию микроорганизмов.
