Сухой сироп в 210 раз слаще сахара.Он применяется при изготовлении безалкогольных и слабоалкогольных напитков в качестве подсластителя с нулевой калорийностью; также находит применение в производстве молокосодержащих и кондитерских изделий. Термо- и свето-стабилен. Обладает хорошим профилем сладости.
Массовая доля токсичных элементов не превышает допустимых ТР ТС 021/2011 величин.
