Сироп «Слада» – это натуральное подслащивающее вещество, полученное из кукурузы и пшеницы путем последовательного ферментативного разжижения и осахаривания крахмала.
В состав сиропа входят: глюкоза, фруктоза, дисахарид мальтозы и высшие сахара.
Сироп «Слада» объединяет в себе свойства патоки и глюкозно-фруктозного сиропа, так как содержит до 15% фруктозы. Усредненная вязкость, умеренная сладость и прекрасные антикристаллизационные свойства позволяют с успехом использовать этот продукт для замены патоки и сахара в производствах пастила-мармеладной группы, помадных, кремовых, фруктовых и молоко содержащих начинок.
