Используется в производстве безалкогольных напитков на водной основе, сокосодержащих напитков, морсов, киселей, лимонадов.
Благодаря наличию неотама, сироп имеет степень сладости 260 ед. по отношению к сахару. 1кг сиропа заменяет 250-270 кг сахара. Сироп стабилен при стерилизации и пастеризации. Экономически выгоден по соотношению степени сладости к цене и качеству готового продукта. Сглаживает провалы ощущения сладости при использовании с сахаром и другими подслащивающими веществами.
