Все виды глюкозно-фруктозных сиропов (ГФС) производятся на основе природного зернового сырья – кукурузы, из которой выделяется крахмальная фракция, проходящая затем стадию ферментного или кислотного осахаривания. По уровню сладости и вкусовому профилю ГФС сравнимы с сахаром.
