Патока рафинадная тростниковая ЛЮКС - это концентрированный (СВ 78- 80%), частично инвертированный тростниковый сахарный сироп. По внешнему виду — вязкая жидкость коричневого цвета с приятным запахом, напоминающем фруктовый.
Патока ЛЮКС производится из тростниковой патоки высокой степени очистки.
Патока рафинадная тростниковая «Люкс» содержит значительное количество микроэлементов- таких как: магний, калий, железо; витаминов: тиамин, рибофлавин, пиридоксин, фолиевая кислота, пантотеновая кислота, инозит, биотин; аспарагиновая аминокислота. Продукт не содержит компонентов, ГМО.
Патока рафинадная тростниковая «Люкс» применяется при выпечке хлеба, сладких видов хлебобулочных изделий, сухого печенья, пряников( особенно хороша в «Тульских пряниках» и других ароматных видах пряников с начинкой и без), кексов, коврижек, тортов, пирогов.
