Экстракт ячменного жженого солода «Дарсон»— производится путем экстрагирования красящих и вкусоароматических веществ из ячменного жженого солода в водный раствор. Получение высокой цветности и экстрактивности достигается путем увеличения концентрации при низкотемпературном вакуумном выпаривании.
Из концентрата горечь удаляется специальным методом, экстракт не вызывает помутнений в пиве и обладает стабильным показателем pH. Продукт используется для производства пива, пивных напитков, другой алкогольной и безалкогольной продукции, хлебобулочных и кондитерских изделий.
Продукт изготавливается без использования генетически-модифицированных материалов.
